testing group knowledge

can we add a bit of knowledge here and discuss and ask questions, and later search it?


To be  honest, I didn’t even know Freshdesk had this forum option. How well it works will  be determined if we go that route.

 

It looks  capable, my only concern is could it notify the team when a question is posted to it? I don’t  think too many of us will be randomly going through the forums here to see if any  questions have been posted that we could answer.

 

(I’m not  trying to be argumentative either, or sound like I’m on SO’s payroll, but I  know that this is a feature of their setup)


Thoughts?...

fyi; looks like SO searches through posted questions and answers. FD just through questions.
